Brian Hall is an experienced Agilist focused on enhancing the skills of others. With a background in software engineering (Leadership, Development, QA, and Tech Support) across many industries, Brian has used his Agile experiences to accelerate teams and customize processes to fit the unique needs of organizations. He is passionate about teaching others how to utilize an Agile mindset to make incremental positive impacts in the work that they do

 Aging Agilista (his agile experience predates the Agile Manifesto) and Engineering Leader, Brian has been responsible for the health of agile process through a flock of ScrumMasters, a gaggle of Product Owners, and a pack of Developers. Past experience in piloting agile processes, waterfall-to-agile conversion, and taking agile-practicing teams to the next level. Oh, yeah.. and he's done that waterfall thing too.
