Meet John
As a seasoned agile product development leader, John loves helping leaders and teams simplify organizational dynamics and apply practical (almost common sense) principles that materially optimize value flow. John selectively takes on clients aiming to address difficult business opportunities. This requires the same amount of courage and commitment that he instills in his clients to leverage new, innovative ways of involving customers, users and vendors during execution. John’s advice results in turning-out better incremental value with less rework. John has 25-years’ experience specializing in setting Product Management and Development strategy, change leadership, training, coaching and optimizing around value creation using Scrum, Kanban, XP & DevOps CI/CD.
He has 6-years as a trainer for Scrum Inc (Jeff Sutherland’s) and Scrum.org (Ken Schwaber’s) companies, 8.5-years as an Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon University designing and teaching the Agile Methods curriculum for Graduate and Exec Ed students and 7-years as a software developer in high-growth, high profile companies.
