Joseph Rogers is a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer with a passion for helping teams with complex products deliver for their customers. His work experience includes all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle including product design, software development, release coordination, Scrum Master leadership, and leading a Scaled Agile (SAFe) Release Train.

 

He has over 5 years of experience in financial services and the software industry, currently leading teams that develop and regulate financial models. Outside of his “day job”, Joseph performs with the Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh and can be seen onstage with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra several times per year.
